You can cancel your order within 1 business day of placing it without any restocking fees or delivery charges. After this period, a 5% fee based on the total invoice amount will apply. For full details, please refer to our cancellation policy here.
No, there are no limits. You can order as much as you like from our online store.
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount cards such as Fazaa or Esaad at this time.

Delivery
Currently, we do not provide international shipping. However, we can deliver your furniture to a shipping company within the UAE for further arrangements.
Absolutely! You can change your delivery date by contacting us at least one day before your scheduled delivery. Our team will happily adjust the arrangements for you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a COD option as all our furniture is custom-made to order.
Yes, we offer free delivery across most of the UAE. However, a delivery charge of 1000 AED applies to the Western Region, and 500 AED applies to the Eastern Region and Hatta.
Your order will typically be delivered within 8-10 business days. Once ready, our delivery team will contact you one day before the scheduled delivery to confirm a convenient time.
