Warranty Duration
All CASA BRAVO Furniture products are covered by a 2-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including:
- Structural integrity of furniture frames, joints, and internal supporting structures.
- Manufacturing defects that affect the durability or functionality of the product.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Non-structural components: Foam, fabric, cushions, fillings, and upholstery — as these naturally soften and wear over time.
- Surface and aesthetic damage: Scratches, dents, stains, fading, or slight variations in color or texture.
- Improper use or external factors: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, poor maintenance, or exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Any product altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than CASA BRAVO Furniture or its authorized service provider.
Exclusions Summary
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Environmental impacts (sunlight, humidity, temperature changes, or pests)
- Commercial or non-residential use
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Report Promptly: Notify CASA BRAVO Furniture within the 2-year warranty period.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original invoice or receipt.
- Document the Issue: Share clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Inspection: Our technical inspection team will review and verify the issue.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, CASA BRAVO Furniture will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective part or product, or
- Replace it with the same or an equivalent model (subject to availability).
All warranty services will be provided free of charge, excluding transportation or delivery costs if applicable.
