1. Products

All products sold by Casa Bravo are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used. Casa Bravo retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received. We work closely with our vendors and customers to ensure that product colors, dimensions, and photos are accurate.

However, minor discrepancies may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or other factors. If you have any questions or concerns about color or dimensions, please discuss them with us before placing your order. Casa Bravo is not responsible for minor discrepancies between advertised and delivered products. All product information is provided by us.

2. Shipping Methods

Delivery and installation charges are calculated separately and customer is responsible to get all necessary approvals from the building/community management (if required) , customer also is responsible to make sure that that the building lift is suitable to accommodate the delivered goods and if the delivered goods couldn’t be accommodated at the lift, our delivery team shall try to deliver the goods through the staircase at additional cost and in case of both options couldn’t work, products changes shall be borne by customer.  For questions about the delivery process, please contact us at +971 56 526 6722.

3. Shipping Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the product ordered and the delivery location (it takes normally 1-15 days) . If you have questions about product availability or need a delivery estimate, please contact our Sales team at +971 56 526 6722.

Once an order is processed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe and keep you updated on its progress. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Casa Bravo is not liable for delays in delivery.

5. Delivery Procedure

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps:

  • you shall be contacted in advance by our delivery department 
  • Designate someone to accept and inspect the delivery on your behalf if you are unavailable.
  • Clear all pathways to the room where the furniture will be placed and measure doors and hallways to ensure the items fit.
  • Inspect the merchandise thoroughly before the delivery team leaves. Check the top, bottom, sides, interior, exterior, and all moving parts (e.g., drawers, doors, reclining mechanisms).

6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact Casa Bravo via email at info@casabravo.ae or call +971 56 526 6722. Cancellation requests are not complete until confirmed by us.

7. Damages

Casa Bravo takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, damages may occur during transit. If this happens, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. Remedies may include repairs, part replacements, or a full unit replacement.

8. Disclaimers

  • Color and Finish Variations: Online product images may not accurately represent true colors or finishes due to screen settings or lighting. Customers accept responsibility for their purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: Review your order confirmation carefully and notify us within 24 hours of any errors or inaccuracies.
  • Product Fit: Always measure your space before ordering to ensure the furniture will fit. If an item does not fit and needs to be returned, our cancellation policy will apply.
  • Site Errors: While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, prices, and availability may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to cancel orders or contact you for further instructions in such cases.

9. Policy Updates

Casa Bravo reserves the right to update our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
